The Design Collective Architects is a national award-winning practice specialising in innovative architectural design, particularly in the healthcare, retirement living and care home sectors.
TDC was founded in 2016 by Chris Shearman and Richard Bailey, combining over 80 years of experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, restoration and international projects. Since our establishment, we have been involved in over 200 developments throughout the UK and overseas and have won four prestigious Pinder's/ Healthcare Design Awards.
We provide comprehensive architectural services from feasibility studies and planning applications through to detailed design and project management. Our expertise extends to refurbishment, remodelling, and conservation work on listed buildings.
