The previous planning application has been adapted by TDC to provide a better environment for the residents and staff of the care home. Bedrooms are designed to face onto a central, secure garden, and a relocated and redesigned entrance help create a stronger sense of place, and easier wayfinding around the site. A dedicated delivery entrance has also been designed into the proposal, allowing easy separation between staff and residence areas.
