The site of Manor Park sits within Old Malton Conservation area of predominantly vernacular village in a rural setting. As such the building materials were picked with this in mind to create a farmhouse style building. It uses Marshall Crombwell pitched face buff reconstructed stone in natural colour alongside red brick ‘outbuildings’.
